Shtick is on a mission to celebrate the duality of being both a Jew and a New Yorker. Though you don't need to be Jewish to participate in these bespoke, pop up Shabbat dinners and events.

We kicked off Passover with Shtick for a Secret Soviet Seder at the Joyva Factory and made an epic Haggadah to structure the seder. I pulled inspiration from everywhere. Shtick's founder Jacqueline wanted the Haggadah to be playfu, and not feel too designed, with a touch of humor. Most of the illustrations are custom, overlaid on sourced imagery, with handwritten text to top it off. We designed this from soup to nuts, and it was SO MUCH FUN!

In Jacqueline's words: "[this] Seder honors those brave Soviet Jews who fought for decades to break out of the Iron Curtain while steadfastly maintaining their traditions, despite ostracism, imprisonment, or graver consequences - all for the right to eat a very dry cracker."
